C'mon lets take a walk on the wild side!
Open a new canvas 650 px wide by 650 px high - Flood fill white.
Add a new raster layer - Select All - Open Paper 6 - Paste into selection.
Apply mask - Merge group - Mirror
Recolor (optional) Adjust - Hue & Saturation - Colorize - Hue=48 - Saturation=101
Open Frame 9 - Paste as a new layer - Resize to 52%
Add a new raster layer - Select all - Open Paper 11 -Paste into selection - Select none.
Move under frame layer.  Activate frame layer - Grab your freehand selection tool - point to point - Add (shift) - Feather and Smoothing 0 - anti alias ticked.  Start at the upper left hand corner and click on top of the frame 3 to 4 pixels from the outer left side.  Select a square by clicking on each corner of the frame and double click at the last corner.  You will see marching ants if you selected correctly.  Invert selections.
Activate paper layer and hit delete on your keyboard - Select None
Add any elements you'd like to your tag.  I used:
Element 100 - Resized to 85% - Recolored with previous settings - Mirrored
Element 134 - Resized to 26%
Element 104 - Resized to 80% - Recolored - Hue=58 - Saturation=146 (optional)
Element 1 - Resized to 45%
Element 109 - Resized to 28% (I selected individual birds and pasted as a new layer)
Element 108 - Resized to 5%
Paste your tube as a new layer - Duplicate - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur=3
Change blend mode to soft light.
Activate original tube layer - Apply Porcelain filter with these settings:
Apply drop shadow - I used V&H=2 - Opacity 40 - Blur 4 - Black
Most of the elements used already have a drop shadow.  I applied this same drop shadow to the red flowers, fern and the white bird.
If you are going to resize your tag do it now.
Apply appropriate copyright, license number, wordart and name.
Hide white background layer - Merge visible and save as a PNG.
And take a walk on the wild side!
This is the original tag I made.  It's my entry in our PFD contest at Creative Cafe.
I hope you enjoyed my tut!  See ya soon!
