Merge down to white copy and apply same drop shadow.
If you are going to resize your tag, do it now.

If you are not going to animate your tag, hide white background layer - Merge visible and save as a PNG.

On to Animation.

Open Animation Shop - Open Lovey's Animation - Delete copyright layer -  Select all frames (Ctrl +A)
Back in PSP Close off visibility to layers starting at the top of your layer palette until you get to your last tube layer - Copy Merged
Paste as a new animation in A/S - Duplicate to a total of 20 frames (Ctrl Shift +L) - Using the slide bar go back to frame 1 and activate it.
Go back to Lovey's animation make sure you are on frame 1 - Locate center.

Use your arrow tool to grab the center of the animation.  Drag it on top of your tag and place it where you want the animation to be and then let go.  The animation will be distributed frame by frame on your tag.
View animation - Remember, you can use the undo button until you are happy with its placement.

Back in psp, start at the top in your layer palette and close off visibity to the layes that were visible and open visibility to the layers that were closed.
Copy merged - Paste as a new animation in A/S - Duplicate to a total of 20 frames - Select all .
Go back to frame 1 and again, using your arrow tool grab it and drag it on top of your tag.
